Dr. Son is a compassionate and dedicated dentist serving the Ottawa community, committed to helping patients of all ages achieve healthy, confident smiles. She provides comprehensive preventive and restorative care, tailoring each treatment to her patients’ unique needs while ensuring a comfortable and positive dental experience.

Dr. Son earned her undergraduate degree in Medical Sciences from Dalhousie University, graduating with the third-highest academic standing in her class, before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at the University of Toronto in 2025. She is passionate about patient education and takes the time to clearly explain treatment options, empowering patients to make confident, informed decisions about their oral health.

Known for her gentle chairside manner, Dr. Son has experience treating children, adults, and seniors, and is skilled at putting anxious patients at ease. She is certified in nitrous oxide sedation, allowing her to provide a relaxed and stress-free dental experience.

Beyond dentistry, Dr. Son brings the same discipline and dedication that led her to compete as a swimmer in the 2013 Canada Games. Today, she enjoys spending much of her time caring for her two beloved chihuahuas.
