Barrhaven South Dental — a well-established general practice serving one of Ottawa’s most diverse and rapidly expanding neighborhoods — is seeking a dedicated Associate Dentist to join our team. As the clinic experiences ongoing patient growth and an upcoming provider departure, this position offers an opportunity to step into a strong existing patient base while building long-term continuity within a supportive environment.

The Opportunity at a Glance
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: 3 days/week (Mon & Wed, Thurs, every other Saturday (8 AM – 3 PM)
Operatories: 6 total | 1.5 dedicated to associate
Patient Base: Family oriented strong active patient base
Clinical Environment: Nitrous sedation available; strong hygiene recall

Who We’re Looking For
Experienced or Early-Career Dentists Ready for Growth - New grads are welcome, provided they are NDEB-certified and confident with foundational skills. Experienced clinicians will find immediate clinical volume and room to expand their scope.
- Strong Communicator & Relationship Builder - This role requires a dentist who builds trust with patients, Communicates with clarity and empathy and works collaboratively within a diverse team
Breadth in Full-Scope Dentistry:
The ideal candidate is comfortable with:
Restorative dentistry
Basic endo & oral surgery
RCT (molar experience an asset)
Invisalign or aligner therapy (preferred)
Family dentistry, including treating pediatric patients
